Balkan Stability in EU and US Interest, Solving Albania-Serbian Conflict

Finding a solution through Kosovo-Serbia dialogue would produce stability in the Balkans, so this issue has a particular interest in the US, but the EU as well. Movement for the Union Chairman Valon Murati said the election of the Albanian-Serbian problem is essential for peace of stability and security in the Balkans.
“Of course the dialogue with Kosovo- Serbia solving the problem among countries, resolving the Albanian-Serbian problem is essential to peace of stability, security in the Balkans, there is no doubt about it. That's why there's a lot of real interest in both the EU and the United States, because it's not a matter of security and peace, then there wouldn't be that much interest in dialogue, but of course we have a vital interest in this process being carried out”, it is expressed.
As for the regional co-operation initiative “Open Balkans”, Murati has said that Kosovo should deal seriously and not reject it without a rational political and social debate.
The European Union essentially promotes co-operation, the idea of free movement of people and goods, capital, other services, but I don't think that at this moment it will condition something to Kosovo, especially on the issue of “Open Balkans”. This is an issue Kosovo should think seriously about and should deal with and not as it has behaved, it has only refused blanco, but to think whether it is worth it or not, so to have a social debate even at the most rational political level”, he added in an interview for EO.
Even security connoisseur Nuredin Ibishi has said that Kosovo government officials should be more vocal on the <x0->Open Balkans” -- that is, according to him, they should not just refuse, but reason why they do not join this initiative.
I think we're in a government that's in the dark, very little is communicating with the international factor even for these initiatives that are becoming regional. I don't see any good at all like this “Open Balkans” in the sense that when you connect them to a circle where you dominate a country from the region so in this case Serbia, that necessity will impose its policy in terms of reflection”, Ibishi told EO.
“I think that our government is more vocal, not only to refuse without giving excuses, but to show what is the Serbian goal in the entire initiative, normal to seek the help of others”, he has indicated.
While for the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, Ibishi has considered the Kosovo side should be more stable in demands that it not fall under Serbian influence.
Kosovo's “goal should be integration into the European Union, but this government continues to a single refusal statement without the possibility of it reflecting in the sense of leadership for integration into the European Union and to reject this offer that some Balkan leaders I think are dangerous because of Serbian domination, and other issues related to security, in this form we favour someone and not even ourselves. But this should be reasoned and not only in declarative form that reject this project, without giving the rationale that our goal is the EU and not to create structures that allude to the former Yugoslavia or to other integration”, he added.
The “Dialogue has been launched, it was conceived earlier, and I think it has to be continued, only those frames of the new government have been given. As long as it consists of policy implementation is to see, but it's not going in a rejection form. I think that the government should be stable in its demands and not be influenced by the Serbian in these talks”, it has concluded for EO.
