The Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjakova, the Sand Crimes Department, has called for the appointment of the detention measure by the competent Court in Gjakova, against the two defendants, the F.B., and E.L., due to the suspicion that they have committed criminal work “Blerja, possession, distribution and unauthorized selling of narcotics, psychotrotype and analog”.
The prosecutor of the case against the two defendants has sought detention measures in the 30-day term, and the same by the prosecutor's order are in detention from September 21st, 2021.
