A media communiqué says the Ministry of Internal Affairs strongly condemns these threats to citizens who have been equipped with temporary signs under the MPB's decision on September 20th 2021.
Do you? And the action?
Such forms of threats directly influence the creation of a climate where citizens feel afraid to live and act in their own country. These threats are unacceptable and are hindering the free movement of people and goods, said in response.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs reports all citizens that the threat is a criminal offense, and these forms and other forms of threats will be investigated by Kosovo Police and measures taken under the law.
In spite of that, MPB invites all citizens to be equipped with temporary license plates and not to fall prey to them. From the decision to set temporary license plates (September 2021) to date, 11,500 tables have been issued.
