No group immediately claimed responsibility for the attacks, but the militants of I SIS, which has headquarters in the area, are enemies of the Taliban, writes Daily Mail, broadcast Express.
ISIS branch for Afghanistan, I SIS-K, has claimed responsibility for the attack at Kabul Airport last month, where over 170 people were killed, including 13 American soldiers.
In contrast, since the coming of power, the Taliban are facing major economic and security problems. The extra challenge for them is ISIS militants.
The Taliban are accused of failing to fulfill their vows, including respect for human rights in general and respect for women's rights in particular.
