Along with Hoti's remains, which has been missing for 22 years, since he was last seen by his cell mates on May 16, 1999, the remains of the other six will return.
The names of those whose remains are returned along with those of Hoti will soon be announced by the International Red Cross, which has been taken care of with organisation of the return.
After that, talks on the Brussels dialogue will continue, since the situation in the north is expected to stabilise with the intervention of KFOR troops there.
Hoti's executioners have also been identified, suggesting the AP.
Albanian Post understands that organs in Serbia have long tried to contact people in Kosovo to find a modulation for remains of corpses, including those of Ukshi Hoti, to return but not to surrender to institutions in Pristina.
The idea was to initially surrender to someone other than the Government of Kosovo.
Something like this has not been achieved and it is now a matter of time when the remains come for burial with state ceremonies and high honours.
This return, much wanted in Kosovo, is happening after more than 22 years, since Hoti, one day May, disappeared and was no longer seen.
