After anger with Biden, Erdogan meets with Putin

After US President Joe Biden refused a meeting with Turkish counterpart during the work of the UN General Assembly, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, disappointed and angry, told reporters that he had managed to work well with former American elites, but not with Biden so far.
