The AP has claimed responsibility for the news and adds that even Mr. Ukhshin Hoti, who has disappeared since 1999.
However, Hoti has written on his Facebook page “Current News/Face News”, sent to Periscope.
Periscop has contacted the International Red Cross to request clarification on the case.
