The famous Kosovo lawyer and analyst, Dastid Pallaska, has commented on the situation in the country's north.
Pallaska has declared that the <x0 special units are interventive forces” and as such should be clear operational mission.
This statement comes at a time when you are unaware of what actions Mr. Kurt for the situation in question, there's Periscope.
He has indicated that “has nothing more dangerous, which braves the enemy more than a lack of determination and clarity in the use of legal force,” he writes.
The situation in the north of the country has been tested during today after local Serbs have burned two registration centres.
Full status:
Even six days later, the Special Unit operational mission in the north remains unclear.
Special units are intervention forces.
As such, they must have clear operational and executive missions.
It's probably normal that in this case special units were sent to unblock the road, secure the border points, or respond to violence.
So far this does not seem to be the reason for sending special units to the north.
The obvious mission is important even though it's over. So you know when their work is done.
Special units cannot and should not create or maintain status quo situations.
It is irresponsible for special units to be sent on a vague and time-definated mission.
There is nothing more dangerous, more exciting to the enemy than a lack of determination and clarity in the use of legal force.
