“Talibans are a group “ruthless” and “s to see if they will change. In the war there is what it takes to reduce the risk and not necessarily what we would like to do”, General Milley said two days after the last US troops left Afghanistan.
Beden has commissioned State Secretary Antony Blinken to co-ordinate efforts with international partners so that the Taliban can keep their promise of the safe departure of Americans and those who want to leave the country in the coming days.
