He is being charged by the prosecution that in August 2020, in Malisheva's Municipal Assembly, he had owned the official person, Directorate for Urbanism Director Ahmet Morina, after the same decision had cancelled the consent to investing the accused Shala, in the stone in Gajrak, Malisheva.
After reading the indictment by prosecutor Kastriot Memaj, the accused Shala has said he is not guilty of the criminal act he is charged with, reports “Justice bet”.

Always in accordance with the indictment, on Friday the injured person is informed that three persons have been in the municipality and have been asking about him and afraid of the accused's words and interest of those people, the injured goes to the police, and that is when the accused calls the injured, asking whether he has withdrawn the decision and with these acts of injury causes concern and fear.
For this, Shala is accused of committing criminal work “kanosja” by Article 181, paragraph 3, concerning paragraph 1 of the Penal Code, which is punishable by imprisonment of six months to five years. /Betimy for Justice
