Full status:
In the blockades of magistrateal roads leading to the Jarinje and Brnjak border crossings, individuals witnessed with criminal activities and extremist views are taking part. The following are the descriptions and photographs of two.
1. Vladislav Djković, Montenegrin national, on September 22nd, 2021, has entered Kosovo through the border point at Jarinje, where he has joined the protesters. He also has Serbian citizenship and is born on 13 January 1992. It is known for its prose and prorus views and has participated in all anti-Western organisation in Montenegro. He has close ties with Serbian propaganda agent Boris Malagurski, as well as with French prorus propagandist Arnaud Goulon. Dujković, also a member of the Russian Imperialist Movement (with whose flag is seen in the photo), which has been declared a terrorist organisation by the US.
2. Igor Brownović, director general of “Srbijašume”, publicly praised by his deputy, Bratislav Dickiić, for participating in the blockade in Jarinje. Dickic is retired General and was once head of the Serbian gendarmerie who has been arrested as involved in the coup attempt in Montenegro in 2016. Dickic is close to Serbia's Parliament Speaker Ivica Dačić. Moreover, Dickic has been involved in breaking ballot boxes in the northern municipality of Mitrovica in the 2013 local elections, as well as removing the UCMPM memorial in Presevo as well as in 2013. Recently, power has rewarded it with the position of assistant director of the public company “Srbijašum”. So he has come out on social networks in support of the barricades and as representatives at these barricades has sent him on September 22nd 2021 precisely Igor Brownović, the general director of NP “Srbijašum”.
He has not personally come to the barricades since he is a compromised figure as a Russian element during the coup attempt in Montenegro.
