Prime Minister Albin Kurti earlier this week in the Kosovo Assembly denied that the US did not give him a travel visa in America, saying that in co-ordination with President Vjosa Osmani, Minister Donika Grovalla and Chief Parliamentary Glauk Konjufca have agreed at any moment not to leave the state alone without the presence of one of them.

That statement, Kurti did just the day he ordered the Kosovo Police Special Unit to go to northern municipalities to start reciprocity with Serbia for vehicle plates.

But today when this part of the Republic of Kosovo was threatened by the Serbian Army, in fact none of the heads of institutions was in Kosovo.

Prime Minister Kurti was in Skopje during the day, while Prime Minister Glauk Konjufca is in Hungary and the president with Minister Schwarz is in the US.

Listen below Albin Kurti's statement to the Assembly, when he said that all leaders would not travel at the same time abroad.
