He has declared that the huge increase in cases in August has not been predictable, even though health experts have warned since May of a wave of Delta variant, and it is known that during the summer months Kosovo was occupied by a large portion of the diaspora.
“Ration was sudden, unpredictable, experts expected a wave of the version "Delta" but not so early and rapidly growing. We take precautions and we're acting in real time. As Government always assumes the responsibility we are held and are in charge, we are doing this every day with the greatest dedication” he said, follows Periscope.
Furthermore, he has declared that the Government has acted in line with IKKKPK recommendations, and that if they took extreme restrictions measures when the numbers were low “would be over-review”.
It is not known how Mr. Kurti when it is known that much tougher measures had been in force when in Kosovo there had been no case of variant Delta, we should seize it in April.
