Kosovo and Serbia seem to have agreed to resolve the crisis in northern Kosovo, and the agreement has been published. The parties have agreed to place sticky tickets on cars entering Kosovo and Serbia. It says that Special Units should leave the Jarinje “no longer than at 16:00”

Then, on October 4th, Monday will begin the stick regime, Periscope follows.

Both sides have agreed to the following points:
The special Poland units, currently located at the Jarinje and Brnjal border points, will leave with the roadblocks on the road, starting October 2nd, 2021 at 8:00 p.m. until not later than 1600. KFOR will be deployed at the border checkpoints at Jarinje Brnjak.
At 8: 00 a.m., October 4th will begin setting up stickers, according to agreement on the EU-brokered dialogue frameworks until a permanent solution is reached.
A working group, consisting of EU representatives, Pristina and Belgrade parties and EU-led ones, would decide to find a lasting solution to automation plates based on EU practices and standards. The first meeting of the Workers Group will be held on 21 October 2021 in Brussels. Six months after the first meeting, the Workers Group will present its reachable for a permanent solution to the high format of dialogue.
