Abazoviqi says it could tear down Montenegro government

“I have told the prime minister and my colleagues in Government several times and I repeat: if the red line is crossed and with the recent events, I think they have crossed that line... another step forward and it is not impossible not to have a new interior minister, but it is not impossible to [even] have a new prime minister. Requests for the dismissal of the interior minister have been made following riots that conveyed the disfigurement of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Montenegro, Ionanikije on 5 September.
“Police will not be managed by Belgrade and this will not happen on my back”, Abazovic said in an interview for local television in Montenegro, Vijesti.
More than 50 people have been injured in clashes between police and protesters.
