He said police have passed a major exam and that it has acted with great professionalism.
“in line with the risk that existed, everything ended in the best way”, Abazovic said of “Vijest”. We all have to commit more dialogue and reconciliation. There's nothing special about celebrating, and we have to change our behavioral criteria”.
Asked whether there is information on who was behind the protest, Abazovic said investigations are under way against some people, including President Veselin Veljovic's adviser, who has been arrested.
We did everything we could to keep us together and the clashes started when Mr. Veljovic tried to forcibly penetrate the police cordon and establish a command, according to him, with police Directorate appointed officers. At that moment, tear gas was dropped, and until now the police had neither the will nor the will to oppose citizens in any way”, Abazovic said.
Abazovic has apologized to all who were the target of the tear pipeline.
“will not be allowed any kind of terrorism and extremism and attempts to attack officials”, Abazovic has said.
He has shown pictures of participants with Molotov cocktails.
The office of Montenegro's prime minister this morning has reportedly been launched towards the police.
“There is a photograph, the time it happened can be determined, but the conflicts began when Veljoqiv committed a crime”, Abazovic said.
Dozens of people - including police - have been injured in the protests. Protests opposed the protest ceremony of the head of the Orthodox Church in Montenegro, Ionanikiye, in the city of Cetina.
