Last week, China promised food and medicine to Afghans at the value of $31 million, while Pakistan has already sent food and medicine. Iran also said it sent a relief plane to Afghanistan.
China and Russia said the main burden of helping Afghanistan get out of the crisis must fall over Western states, Reuters writes.
