At the Constitutional Court of Pristina today, judicial consideration of Marko Rosic, Nedelky Spasojevicq, Dragisa Markovic, Zarko Jovanovic, Silvana Arsovic and Rade Basara, accused of being involved in the murder of Serbian politician Oliver Ivanovic.
The testimony of three witnesses V was heard at Monday's session. L, H.L., and I.Q. whose media evidence was not allowed to be filmed with the reasoning that the court process be not harmed.
This decision was made by the chairman of the court, Valon Kurtaj.
“Cameras from this moment must be stopped, you've received enough sequence”, Kurtaj stressed.

In his opening address, he said he joins prosecution and that he submits a wealth-of-law request, but that for now he cannot establish the level, and that he will do so during the trial.
