Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq, has called on Kosovo to annul the Serbian List MP Ivan Todosijevic's plea, whose Court of Appeals has confirmed the two-year prison sentence for denial that the same man has done to Recak's Massacre.
Vuciq says that if this decision is not annulled, then the Brussels agreement will no longer exist.
The first of the Serbian state has been asked that if the decision against Todosijevic is not annulled, he said all decisions are possible.
“If Todosijevic's decision is not annulled, it is clear to you that the Brussels agreement, with the decision of Albanians, no longer exists, so that then all decisions are possible”, Vuciq writes Kossev, broadcast Clankosova.tv.
Three days ago, the Court of Appeals confirmed the Constitutional Court's ruling for Serbian List MP Ivan Todosijevic, with two years in prison for a statement issued in March 2019, where it had declared that “reason for NATO's aggression has been the so-called humanitarian catastrophe in Kosovo and the fabricated massacre of Recak”.
The Court of Appeals' decision was condemned by the Serbian state leadership, the Serbian List and several Serb civil society organisations in Kosovo.
All they expressed the same view that the Appeals Court's decision violates the Brussels Agreement on Justice, which stipulates that in cases coming from Serb majority areas, it can only decide the operating rooms, in which there are two persons of Serbian nationality and a person of Albanian nationality.
While, for the decision of the Appeals Court, European Union for Security and Foreign Policy spokesman has also reacted to the decision, saying Kosovo, as Serbia must abide by signed agreements
