Twelve violations reported in Kosovo for two weeks

Not rare are the cases when Kosovo girls turn to the police station.

The latter are involved in denouncing cases of sexual harassment and rape

And such cases are by no means easy for them, according to sociologists, such situations contribute to increased uncertainty and fear.

In the police report, the number of such cases has recently been multiplied.

Within just two weeks, it is suspected that 12 girls were sexually raped and sexually harassed, of them seven minors.

These acts and attacks have been made in different Kosovo cities.

The last case of sexual violence was recorded on Saturday afternoon.

A minor girl from Prizren has reported to the police that she was violated by a male suspect.

And sociologist Halim Emerlah has said that such an act has a very bad effect on the victim's life.

According to him, this phenomenon is disturbing, widespread in all countries but more pronounced in transition countries.

He has now announced that to prevent such a phenomenon, all state bodies must be organised.

According to sociologists, sexual violence as a social phenomenon is deignive and destructive.
