By the time the United States finished withdrawing from Afghanistan, ending the war in this country, reports arrived that in the only region not controlled by Taliban, the Panjshire Valley where resistance is organized against them, the first fighting has begun.
Reuters says 8 Taliban militants remained killed in clashes with forces opposing their regime. spokesperson for the opposition group baptized as National Resistance Forces, NRF, Fahim Dasti, said armed fighting took place at the entrance to the valley. The Taliban have attacked the positions of NRF fighters there, but without success.
The paramilitary billion of the former Afghan security force have gathered in Panjshire and pledged resistance to the last drop of blood, while the Islamist group is seeking to surround the strategic area in the mountains of Hindu Kush. The considered impregnable valley has limited access points and offers it geographically, a natural military advantage. This area has enormous symbolic value in Afghanistan after its own has endured for over a century.
