However, uncertainty seized residents who left the capital, while continuing the helicopter test of the American staff, allies and Afghans helping them.
Three Afghan officials told the Associated Press that the Taliban were located on the outskirts of Kalakan, Tscrabagh and Paghman in the capital.
In an offensive that has lasted just over a week, Taliban have been able to advance throughout the country.
Meanwhile, they have ordered their soldiers to stay at Kabul's gates and not enter the city until the evacuation process is complete.
“We don't want a single, innocent Afghan civilian to be injured or killed, but we haven't declared ceasefire”, further said in their statement.
Meanwhile in a recent response from America, an official has said there will be no change in their position until the full withdrawal of troops in half September.
The official told Reuters that America would react only if the Taliban attacked during the evacuation process
