All flights to other countries have been suspended, as American soldiers are trying to pave the way for the flight tracks.
The US and other states are rushing to evacuate Afghan staff and allies.
A Pentagon spokesman stated that all flights had been banned “carefully added”.
The US military forces are working together with Turkish and other international troops to clear the area. We do not know yet how long this will take”, he said.
