The Constitutional Prosecutor in Pristina, the Ra's Department of Crimes, announces public opinion that, specifically, the Economic Crime and Corruption Unit has filed charges against defendants with initials L.K., A.K., M.B. and F.D.
According to the indictment, the defendants L.K., and the A.K., in the quality of the Secretariat of the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council, and the driver's quality, from January 2018 onward, to co-ordination, directly and indirectly, have demanded and accepted money and gifts to themselves and to the person with the initiative B.M., with the aim of exercising their influence on decision to reduce and postpone the execution of the same sentence. With this defendant committed criminal work “The exercise of influence”, by Article 424 of KPRK. Likewise, the high-ranking defendants in co-ordination have enabled suspects A.M., to flee from the territory of the Republic of Kosovo to Albania, using the KPK's official car, namely, the SKPK Director, where they have committed criminal work “KEK's use of official position or authority”, from KPRK's Article 414.
According to the indictment, defendants with the initials A.K., and M.B. have committed criminal work “Forging” documents from Article 390 of KPRK. While the defendant M.B. has admitted from the B.M., a car worth 25,000, so she has committed the criminal work “Blerja, acceptance or hiding items profitable to the carrying out of a criminal act”, by Article 333 of KPRK.
Also, according to the indictment, the defendant L.K. has committed a criminal act “No false reporting or reporting of property, income, gift, other material benefits or financial obligations”, by Article 430 of KPRC.
Defenders L.K., and F.D. have violated public procurement procedures and regulations, and with this co-ordination committed criminal work “Using official position or authority”, by Article 14 of the KPR.
The prosecutor of the case in the case of the indictment has proposed to the court that the defendants be found guilty and condemned according to the law, for criminal acts to be charged, the same ones to be pronounced the additional and preventing the exercise of office in public administration or public service, a set of articles 59 concerning Article 62 of KPRK and to become the seizure of the car as evidence in this criminal case.
