Through a Facebook text, the AAKA chairman has appealed for caution.
“concerned about spreading fires across the territory of Kosovo”, Haradinaj wrote on Facebook.
“Requesting the Government to deal more seriously with the issue, as the lives and properties of Kosovo citizens” may suffer, he added.
Haradinaj's complete Facebook writing:
Concerned about spreading fires throughout Kosovo's territory.
The spread of fire in Suhareka is continuing, while evacuation of residents has begun in Rugova, Peja.
I ask the government to take the matter more seriously, as the lives and properties of Kosovo citizens may suffer.
I prefer increased care that fires are not caused by human hands.
