Special Salih Mustafa judgment: Z The SP will call 16 witnesses

Specialised rooms have announced that the Gkyktor Body has issued initial instructions regarding the procedure being carried out in Salih Mustaf's trial.

Under the guidelines, 13 sessions will be held during September and October with dates of how they come: 2024 September, 2728 September, 4 October-6 October and 12-14 October. There will be two more sessions ahead on September 15th and 16th. 

The decision further stresses that the Specialised Prosecutor's Office will have 87 hours to submit its evidence. Z The SP will call 16 witnesses, 15 of whom will testify directly.

For questioning each SPS witness, defence and victim representative will be assigned 50 percent and 25 percent of the actual time used by SPS for questioning each witness respectively. The decision and more details can be found here”, said by the Special Chambers.

Salih Mustafa was arrested on 24 September last year, while charged with war crimes.
