Krasniqi said in Cline that any major development project that has come to this municipality since the post-war bears the stamp of PDK and President Sokol Basota.

“Sokol Basota has set the example of a devoted leader who is close to citizens who engage in them, who work well and hard for them, not leaving anyone behind. In the last four years, Kline's stagnation has been each seen. Anyone may have a chance to testify, but no one can have two cases without testifying. Therefore, Kline citizens are demanding the PDK's return, because they know that development for Kline is only with PDK”, Krasniqi said.

He said Kline citizens know Sokoli and are familiar with their dedication, and on October 17th the choice is easy.

It is not only the best option, but also the only guarantee of building a new confession and turning Cline without delay and obstruction on the development route that today lacks”, Krasniqi said.

He said Kline is a city that brings together the social architecture of society based on understanding, tolerance, cultural and religious diversity.

It's the example of a city where diversity is wealth, co-operation opportunities.

It is also a rich and prosperous city, from Mirush and Drini, to cultural heritage, and potential for agriculture and entrepreneurship.

Speaking of current governance in Kline, head of The PDK said it has already been viewed by all citizens as a failure.

In the last four years, Kline's stagnation you've seen for yourself. No big and important project. No entrepreneur for development. Neither for youth, nor for economy, nor for agriculture, nor for infrastructure. This cannot go on yet further like this”, Krasniqi said.

Therefore, he said the PDK is determined to enter this race to win and stop degradation.

To turn Cline into a model that does not export workers, but products and development.

To make it a destination for tourism and culture, agriculture and entrepreneurship.

To build a new, much needed confession where power does not respond The PDK, but citizens, where the municipality is not just buildings in the city centre, but everyone's awareness of everyone. So that we can all start a new trajectory together, which we will see specifically, the benefits of which we will touch, and whose fruits will facilitate the lives of all citizens of this municipality. I know and believe in our potential. We have Sokoli for that. But not just Sokoli. We have young men and women who will become part of this journey. We have citizens who love the developed Kline and who know that the development for Kline has only with PDK”, Krasniqi said.

While the candidate for the next head of Kline, Sokol Basota, said Kline must return to development because in recent years it has been degraded by bad governance.

“The PDK, when it came to governing the capital investment budget, has been only 650 thousand euros. We've achieved to bring in a lot of capital projects and to increase the Communist budget. Today, though much larger in budgets, not even a school has been built. For four years they haven't even achieved a Civil Status Bureau. They have paved roads with two inches of asphalt and only six feet [2 m] wide. So in October we have to stop the degradation of Kline and restore good and developmental governance. Four Political Parties That Contradicted The PDK's in previous elections has not managed for 4 years to do what we have done for two years”, Basota said.
