On the online platform that has been designed to define the term, Kosovo citizens are now complaining that they are not being vaccinated since there are no free terms.
What do they say and what is the Health Ministry's plan for this problem?
Periscope has asked the Health Ministry for the situation created by the term and have said new teams will be added that will create opportunities for vaccines.
“Pristina has a greater number of requirements and terms, because there are more inhabitants, so the terms for the next few days have been fulfilled. However, new teams in Pristina will be added, and the more terms possible for both Pristina and other municipalities will be generated. No citizen who expresses interest in the vaccine will remain uninocated.”, says the response of the MSH to Periscope.
Despite this official response from the S.H.A., so far new spaces for vaccine have not been seen, and that until now, vaccine centres in the country are facing long lines of waiting.
Otherwise, 602 thousand and 231 vaccines have been given in Kosovo so far. The first dose has vaccinated 175 thousand and 655 citizens, while the number of vaccinated with the two doses is 213 thousand and 288.
We remember that, in Kosovo, new cases with COVID have marked alarming increases, where the number of active cases is 8 thousand and 544./Periscopi/
