The situation with fires in Kosovo, police report

Defence Minister Armend Mehaj has stated that over the next few days, the KSF units will continue to observe the ground as well as assess the situation in our country, with the aim of timely response to the survival of people's lives, citizens' property and the downplay of the consequences.

For the situation created by fires, Kosovo police have also announced through the 24-hour report. The report says that in the last 24 hours, he has arrested a person who had set fire to his field and then the fire has spread.

Cases divided according to the report:

Ash. Leskosip, Obilic, 06.08.2021-1500. The Kosovo male suspect has been arrested after the same man had set fire to his field and then fire has spread to the field of Kosovo's male complainer, who has been burned with 15 tree bodies and part of the green wall. The fire has been located, while under the prosecutor's decision the suspect has been released in regular procedure.

Ash. Smack, Gnjilan. 08.2021-18:10. The remains are reportedly involved in unknown circumstances. At the scene, the relevant units and firefighters who have located the fire have emerged.

Ash. Cececo, Zubin Potok 05.08.2021 The Kosovo complainer has announced to police that from unknown persons, he has set fire to his orchard, where 50 tree bodies and an electric pole were burned. Firefighters have gone to the scene and put out the fire. No injuries reported.
