After Simmons, even a former EULEX prosecutor seeks to report to the mission

It is the prosecutor, Marian Bamieh, who has submitted written requests to the chairman of this commission, Adnan Rrustemi, to report before this commission on scandals and other issues involving EULEX.

Here's a full letter from Bamieh to the chairman of the commission:

Your Honor, sir.

I am writing to ask if I can give a witness before the Parliamentary Commission to review EULEX's role in Kosovo.

I have testified before the European Parliament, and I don't want to repeat this witness, but I am accompanying my testimony, which I can give if you invite me. I'm also sharing my testimony that I have given before the European Union Parliament as additional information. I, like Malcolm Simmons, have not received any answers to the claims I made to EULEX in my case in London.

Like Mr. Simons EULEX has not responded to claims we have made. They have defended cases by calling on that EULEX was not a legal person and that the British Court has no jurisdiction to prosecute those cases. I am currently awaiting my case in London, brought to the British Foreign Office in connection with their failure to protect me from EULEX's oppressive actions towards me. As a result of the pandemic, Covid has been ordered to delay those court procedures.

I hope you will take into account my attached testimony to the Kosovo Parliament, I can provide you with documents and other evidence to support my claims, if you invite me to give my testimony. I've translated both documents so I can help you determine and establish cases.
