Serbia does not respect Washington Agreement, lobbies against Kosovo recognition

At a joint conference in Sakkovic and Shava in Zimbabwe's capital, Harare, the economic minister said his state continues to support Serbia on the issue of non-recognition of Kosovo.
“Zibrabs was with Serbia when Serbia's territorial integrity was attacked by the proclamation of unilateral independence “” of Kosovo. We know that historically and culturally Kosovo “is part of Serbia”, and when we supported Serbia in the UN, we did it because we knew those facts, ” said Shava.
“We are doing this because we believe in facts and truth, and these are the reasons why we will always be with Serbia at international forums,” said the minister of Zimbabwe.
Serbia and Zimbabwe have exchanged vaccines, respectively.
Serbia has donated 30 thousand vaccines to this African state against coronarys, while 65 tonnes of food items, such as sunflower oil, sugar and sugar, have landed in Serbia.
Kosovo and Serbia, on September 4, 2020, have signed at the White House in Washington, two documents for normalising economic reports, in the presence of former US President Donald Trump. The agreement was signed between former Kosovo Prime Minister Avdullah Hoti and Serbia's president, Aleksandar Vuciq.
Washington's agreement envisioned that within a year, Kosovo would not lobby for new recognitions, nor apply for membership in any international organisation, meanwhile, Serbia would stop the Kosovo recognition campaign. Official Pristina has complained that Belgrade has not stopped its campaign against Kosovo.
The agreement, among other things, envisions Kosovo and Serbia's commitment to building road and railway ties to connect their capitals in order to improve the movement of goods and people, developments that could attract Western investments. Under the agreement, Kosovo is obliged to become part of an initiative for free passport movement and tax duties, which will include Albania, Serbia and Northern Macedonia.
