In this case Selimi has clarified the discussion of April 29, 2019, where he was personally present.
Selimi in this post has not mentioned names, but seems to have allied himself in the conversation between the two then prime ministers of Kosovo and Albania, Ramush Haradinaj and Edi Rama. Selimi explains that this conversation took place at the facilities of Chancellor Merkel's office on April 29, 2019.
He suggests Haradinaj has been asked by Rama to remove taxes because of the regulation of relations with Serbia, while Haradinaj has responded that the issue has not only to tax, but that he owed all to the fallen to protect blood and dignity.

A conversation in the waiting hall in Bundescanzleramt, where I was present:
You're taking out that damn tax. It is time to adjust relations with Serbia.
It's not just a tax job. Two days ago you've been in Meja and you owe these fallen dogs to you to protect your blood and dignity.
X Leader: It's over that time you have to take off the tax and reach agreement.
You watch your work or even my dog eats for you.
