According to the announcement, three disciplinary measures have been pronounced against them for unreasonable work shortages.
“ATK by August 12th, 2021, has decided to pronounce three disciplinary measures against three ATK officials have been pronounced in unreasonable work shortages over five (5) days.
Regarding the serious violations outlined by the Disciplinary Commission, the two officials have been subjected to disciplinary measures to leave the Civil Service in line with Article 47, paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 of Law No. 06/114 for public officials. While the other official has been pronounced disciplinary measures for serious wrongdoing, the ban on promotion in line with Article 47, paragraph 1, under paragraph 1.3 of Law No. 06/L-14 for Public Officials”, said further in the announcement.

After verifying all the facts and depleting all legal procedures, the disciplinary Commission in ATK by August 12th 2021 has made a decision to pronounce three disciplinary measures against three ATK officials in the disciplinary measures have been pronounced in unreasonable work shortages over five (5) days.
