“The damage can be even more serious if the treatment capacity, even now limited, is exhausted in hospitals at”.
Full response:
Reaction for Early Learning on September 1
We, the leadership of the Council of Parents and Pristina, based on the extent of the spread of pandemic, the most severe in the country from the beginning; both for the number of infection and death of the day, but also the expansion of the virus of all ages without exception, calculated the additional risk of variant Delta, judge that the start of teaching on September 1st with full presence in schools is extremely dangerous and with high potential impacts on the health of our children, but also for all families. The damage can be much more serious if the treatment capacity, even now limited, is exhausted in hospitals.
In addition to all of this, we still don't have inoculation of children under the age of 16, being this vulnerable category.
We want to remember here that (in a preemptive purpose) learning has been postponed under much easier circumstances of pandemic.
So we ask that, if the situation does not improve noticeably, the beginning of learning with physical presence in schools is delayed. Push can be 1+1 weeks, depending on the pandemic situation.
