D+ recommends mandatory vaccines for several categories

Democracy Plus has provided several recommendations to expand the vaccine process in Kosovo and protection from variant Delta. D+ writes that according to health experts not vaccinating citizens is a factor of new variants, as well as impacts COVID-19 virus distribution. In addition to the challenge of equal distribution of vaccines to citizens, concern remains the reluctance of citizens to be immune to this infection.
From this D+ report provides recommendations for the Ministry of Health and the Kosovo National Public Health Institute (IKSHPK) for the motivation/encouraging of citizens to vaccinate.
D+ has recommended that vaccination for teachers/networkers, staffes in hotel businesses, bus drivers and taxis be made mandatory, because these are categories that have direct contacts with citizens.
It has also been recommended that the location of community vaccine centres, as not all citizens have the opportunity to frequent major vaccine centers, form vaccine teams in the lowest areas, and to older patients, organise public debates and television shows with health experts to explain the efficiency of the vaccine, and be open to questions from the public, as well as the vaccine to continue on weekends, in order to provide more opportunity for vaccine by citizens.
