Kurt asked for the killer to be brought to justice as soon as possible.
To stop violence against women, to educate our sons and brothers that violence is not an acceptable language of communication, that violence is a disgrace to tragedy and that it is punishable by law.
I request from law enforcement and investigative agencies to put the alleged Margoan killer as soon as possible to justice.

An 18-year-old girl yesterday forever stopped her desires and dreams. She did not lose her life in traffic accident or war conflict. Her life suffered violently in the environment in which each of us must feel loved, respected, and most protected.
Kosovo has no women's and girls' lives to lose. We need the maximum commitment of institutions and each of us to respect the right to enjoy life, to live it dignifiedly, and to realize legitimate aspirations.
Mothers and fathers, brothers and sisters, teachers and teachers, law enforcement officials, citizens and citizens of Kosovo,
To stop violence against women, to educate our sons and brothers that violence is not an acceptable language of communication, that violence is a disgrace to tragedy, and that it is punishable by law.
I'm asking the law enforcement and investigative agencies to put the alleged Margoan killer as quickly as possible to justice.
I call on all mothers, wives, sisters, and girls to report to the police cases of violence, as well as institutional inaction over reported cases. Don't be quiet!
We cannot be spectators about our future. We have a moral, constitutional, institutional obligation to protect the life and dignity of each victim of domestic violence.
