This initiative has so far been embraced by three states -- Albania, Macedonia, Serbia.
In the case of opening the common border point between Albania and Montenegro, Albania's Prime Minister Edi Rama has indirectly addressed Kosovo's Albin Kurti.
He in an Instagram post, has said that “Open Balkans” is the common European future and that sooner or later “will all support”.
Rama apparently carried this message indirectly to Kurt because he, with very severe tones, has rejected this idea aimed at free movement of goods and people in the Balkan region.
