(5 years ago)The Directorate for Health and Social Goodness in Fushë Kosovo announces citizens of this municipality that data on COVIDD-19 has been erased. The report reportedly reports that Sunday's test on August 29th for technical causes have not been stored on the computer. It says that citizens' records such as [...] are missing.
The report reportedly reports that Sunday's test on August 29th for technical causes have not been stored on the computer.
It says citizens' data is missing as: Personal number, phone number and profession.
For technical reasons, some of the citizens' data, which by the date of 29.08.2021, have been tested on the rapid tests of SARS COV-2 at the QMF in Fushe Kosovo are not stored on the computer that has been used for this purpose. In patient protocols, we have names, birth year, settlement and test results of all patients tested, but we need this data to complete the reporting form: Personal number, phone number and occupation”.
The Directorate for Health and Goodness in Fushe Kosovo prayed to citizens who have conducted tests for COVID-19 at the QKMF in Fushe Kosovo to submit to:
Sanitary inspector Mr. Blerim Berisha, 044/ 276, 205, Dr. Osman Magera, 044/ 312 355 , on the sitter phone 038/535 . 879 or even directly to the training center.
