The prosecution seeks detention for Dardan Krivaqani

The foundation prosecutor at Ferizaj has requested the detention measure for the defendant, Dardan Krivaqa, who is suspected of killing 18-year-old in Ferizaj.

The Basic Prosecutor in Ferizaj, the Randa Crime Department, has filed a request for the appointment of the detention measure at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj, against defendants D.K., due to the suspicion that the same one has committed criminal work “the heavy murder of” of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kosovo.

The prosecution reports that there is a suspicion that Krivaqa has been exercising mental and physical violence toward the already felt and that co-ordination carried out the work.

“According to the prosecution's request, there is doubt based that the defendant D.K., on August 22, 2021, has exercised psychic and physical violence against already feeling M.O., with what in co-ordination the heavy murder “ ” from Article 173 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.4 and 1.8 with Article 31 of the Kosovo Republic's Penal Code <x0x4>, the prosecution reports.

Defendant D.K., under State Attorney's decision, is under a 48-hour ban.
