According to the prosecution, these statements are unstable, show basic professional ignorance, are completely biased, and are aimed at disinforming and manipulation of opinion for political gain.
“For the knowledge of the Minister of Internal Affairs, the Prosecution is the constitutional body of prosecution and the separate competencies must distinguish and much more understand. We also suggest that the Founding Prosecutor at Ferizaj has each time taken all necessary legal action against D.K. defendants and that in all cases he has filed charges against him and prosecuted them at the Foundation Court in Ferizaj. So, we call on executive institutions carriers to refrain from any reckless, unconfirmed and biased statements, because this approach does not serve them or actual truth”, it says in response.
