The Central Election Commission has published the operational plan for local elections, to be held on 17 October 2021.
Under this plan, the deadline for application of political subjects to be certified for participation in local elections ends on 16 August, meaning that political subjects have three days to apply for certificate.
The draw of lots for the rankings of political subjects in the ballot will take place by 8 September, while the election campaign period begins on 16 September and ends on October 15th.
The deadline for application to register as voters outside Kosovo started on July 10th and ends on August 18th.
Also, the period for changing the polling centre within the municipality began on 20 July and ends on 7 September.
