But three years later this campaign has failed to achieve the right effect, as this phenomenon is continuing to occur at the parties under way.
This year alone, from June 28th to August 4th, police have confiscated 50 guns and 10 long guns, until 39 people were arrested at different parties in connection with the phenomenon.
Such a phenomenon, according to psychologist Arben Zeka, comes as a result of the link that Kosovo people in the past have had with the gun.
But to increase awareness such campaigns, according to public relations connoisseur Dardan Hask, should be done more often and otherwise.
