Kosovo Police Inspectorate (Kosovo) has, respectively, accepted information from Kosovo's Fushe Police Station that in the village of Miradie the Low (field Kosovo) in a busy case among several families was also included in a police officer (R.B), with a chief of staff at the airport station.
The incident was reported to have occurred at 11:08,2021, about 7:30.
As the IPK reports, following several investigative actions, in consultation with the competent prosecutor, IPK investigators in co-operation with the Kosovo Police have arrested three people among them, including the police official (R. B) who was involved in the incident.
“With Pristina Constitutional Prosecutor's decision the suspects have been sent to the hold for 48 hours, under the suspicion that the same have committed criminal work “heavy body implementation” by Article 186, and “possession, control or unauthorised possession of weapons” from Article 366<85>, the IPK communiqué says.
Common criminal breach The IPK has been handed over to the Founding Prosecutor in Pristina.
“The IPK has recommended that the suspects, Police Officer (R. B), be pronounced administrative action suspension from work”, said among other things.
