What it notes is that most citizens are equipped with masks for protection against COVID-19, but there are those who do not.

During August 30th-13th, when the new assessment of the situation is expected, citizens are obliged to wear masks everywhere, except during driving alone, or when close family members are present in cars exclusively; running, cycling and exercise; eating or drinking.
Libraries, cinemas, youth centres, museums, culture centres with groups or other similar MKRS or Communists subordinate institutions suspend activity until 13 September. Theatres, orchestras, ansembles, ballet is allowed to organise online performances (without public presence) as well as to maintain exercises.
With new measures, access to public transportation without a mask is prohibited. Travelers' road transport operators are allowed to work using 50% of the seat capacity. And in the taxi, they are allowed to travel up to two travelers.
Also prohibited are gastronomial services in closed spaces. The attitude of customers (food and drink service) is permitted only in the open spaces of gastronomy bars. Use of no more than 70 % of space capacity is allowed. The area is counted for food and drink areas.
Kosovo in the last 24 hours has scored 20 victims from COVID-19, while yesterday 36, a black record since the first cases in March last year.
