In addition, police have mentioned that in the past there have been complaints by citizens that there are violations of public order and calm, criminal acts that have endangered the lives of citizens, as well as communication jams.

Youth Palace in Pristina event bid rejected
By the date 07.08.2021 at the Pristina Police Station has submitted requests for holding the public rally - The edition of 10 “Beer Fest Kosova”
The request has been denied, with the argument that the preconception of 13,14 and 15,08.2021 cannot be maintained based on provisions of Article 8 paragraph 1 point 1.4 and Article 18 paragraph 10 points of the Law on Public Rally No. 03 L-18.
In addition to the numerous complaints of citizens we've had in the past about noise, traffic jams, corruption in public order and calm, criminal acts where even the lives of citizens are endangered, the problem also presents the large number of citizens who frequent the location which the organizer has proposed (where under organisers will participate 2000 to 3,000 participants in a location that does not have the capacity to accommodate this number of participants).
The issue, which competent officials from the Centre station, have recommended to the festival organiser “Beer holiday” to find a more suitable location for holding the event.
Kosovo police remain committed to supporting activities and organisations in line with the Law for Public Gatherings.
