The Peja Court suspends work because of increased cases with COVID, only emergency cases are handled

The Constitutional Court in Pec and its branches in Cline, Decan and Istog have ruled on restricting court hearings from August 31st to September 13, 2021, with the goal of preventing the spread of COVID-19. During this period, only emergency sessions [...] will be held according to the decision.
During this period, only emergency natural hearings in which detention hearings, domestic violence and temporary measures will be held under the decision.
In addition, the Constitutional Court in Pec has enabled judges to hold court hearings depending on the number of parties and conditions in court.
“The Founding Court in Pec, based on the No.0132 verdict on general and specific measures for controlling, preventing and combating the COVID -19 pandemic, of the 28.08.2021, and on the basis of KRC's recommendation to take the right actions to conform to the Government's decision, at the Core Management Consultative Meeting, with the date of 31.08.2021, took this:
