Democratic Party of Kosovo chief member Muzafer Shala at a media conference has accused the Ministry of education of failing to make adequate preparations for the start of the new school year over time, in addition to the situation burdened by confronting the RS 19 pandemic and increasing the number of cases infected with the Delta virus.
Shala said that for The PDK is extremely unacceptable, disappointing and the end failure of the government and the Ministry of Education that has failed to make adequate preparations for the new school year to begin on September 1st.

Shala has raised a series of concerns about this situation and criticised Government and the Ministry of Education, saying that instead of intensive preparations, they spent summer holidays on the coast and wedding halls and risk failing another new school year.
“We appeal to the Ministry of Education and all responsible institutions to take the situation seriously with pandemic and preparations for the start of the new school year. On the contrary, the government's failure will cloud the trust of teachers, students and parents in our country's educational system in this pandemic crisis. A consensus with all sides of the interest to overcome this crisis must be reached, and the ministry will be consistent with the decisions it makes by informing all parties of the preparations as soon as possible and properly”, it has ended.
