The number of patients in the Infectious Clinic increases because of the Delta version

As the number of new cases of COVID-19 increased, the number of patients seeking medical treatment has also increased. Currently, 45 patients are receiving medical treatment in this clinic, of which three are in intensive care and in a more serious state, while another 28 are on oxygen therapy. [...]
Infectious Clinic Director Arben Vajaj has said that in recent days patients infected with COVID-19 are mainly with the delta version, which implies that this option is only in its beginning.
He says that in recent days the number of patients who turn to this clinic for medical assistance has increased, for what capacities of the Infectious Clinic have begun to fill.
There's 45 patients at the Infectious Clinic right now, and 28 of them have oxygen therapy, three of them are in intensive treatment in a more severe clinical state... We have an increase in the number of patients in recent days, and we have increased patients. Every day we accept 8-10 patients, which happens to release one or two, and the clinic's capacities are slowly beginning to fill... the last days I The KSHPK, specifically the Microbiology Department has issued a report that, based on tested samples, has dominated the delta version. We are convinced that in our country now this explosion that is happening, it's from the delta version and we understand that the delta version spreads much faster in mass than other variants, and that we are seeing it daily”, Vaj said.
Increasing the number of new cases with COVID-19, Visaj claims to have been expected, and he says he has taken appropriate measures to help patients.
Vajaj says that patients who are seeking medical assistance that are in more serious clinical forms are still patients unvaccinated.
The arrival of this infection wave has been expected, of course, the right measures have been taken, but the nature of this infection is such with enormous transmission capacity in people especially unaccompanied. We're noticing that serious clinical forms are mostly patients of age and that are not vaccinated. We had six patients who were vaccinated, we had patients from Western countries, who were vaccinated with vaccines that we didn't have, Johnson & Johnson, and we noticed that even our vaccines and vaccines taken from abroad have been very effective and these patients have had extremely serious pathology, but they have managed to infect the COVID because they were shot. I have citizens vaccinated, especially vaccinated, and patients with other associated diseases, so they don't end up in the Infectious Clinic”, he says.
Infectologist Vajaj says that how the Infectious Clinic is willing to cope with a larger wave of patients seeking medical assistance but that it claims they are being coordinated with other clinics in order to help.
As for cases of children infected with COVID-19, Vaj reported that there are three hospitals at the Clinic of Paddy.
With the decision of the Committee on COVIED-19 of QKUK, it has been decided that children, pediatric age treatment, as I have information, now we have three hospitals of pediatric age. In contrast, the Infectious Clinic does not address pediatric ages, which are infected with COVID-19”, Vaj said.
Visaj for Kosova Preiss has also spoken of the case of an 8-year-old boy from the Decani municipality that is being treated after being infected with mouse fever. He said that the patient was admitted on Friday and that his condition is stable.
The “is accepted on Friday afternoon, there is a patient with a hemorrhagic fever with kidney syndrome, is diagnosed and is being treated through our standard protocols. At this stage where we are, bleeding fevers both at kidney syndrome, even those congo crimes can be present in our population”, he said.
Otherwise, the Delta version is more contagious than the original version of the Coronobrus. This version of the virus was originally identified in India in October of last year. The most common symptoms of Option Delta are nose leaks, constant coughs, sore throat, headaches and fever. In individuals who are completely vaccinated, however, symptoms are easier and last longer.
