After the end of this period, the CEC will have a detailed report from the voting service on how many of these applicants have registered successfully as voters outside Kosovo, as they have not met the legal criteria.
All applicants who have met the legal criteria have been reportedly based on the election rule for voting abroad, it is up to the CEC to compile the voter list outside Kosovo.
This list should contain the data of those voters who are successfully registered for voting outside Kosovo and remove their names from the voter list that is distributed in the polls on Election Day.
All applicants who manage to register as voters outside Kosovo will be able to vote via mail at a later phase, which begins on September 15th. The ballots should be accepted by the CEC by October 15th.
