Obadiah: Today national tragedy, these are the 8 recommendations of LDK to deal with the situation.

It calls on Kurti Government to take the lead in responsibility, while giving 8 recommendations on how to cope.

His post:

No talking. It's a national tragedy. We are co-operating with 36 Kosovo families today and hundreds of others who lost relatives these days. We're all in mourning.

Unfortunately, for weeks we've been raising voices for the exponential growth of the pandemics; without any basic government response. State failure ends in tragedy.

Therefore, I call on Government Powers to take the lead in responsibility. To act like a country. We also give the 8 recommendations of our health experts, recommendations that should be implemented immediately and without delay:

1. Add vaccination days to seven; weekends can no longer be fired. In this alarming state of rest the state is meaningless.

2. Open the mobile vaccine centres through each municipality throughout Kosovo. Disperse vaccines to our citizens and simplify the entire vaccine process.

3. To tighten measures for the unexcused and to lighten for anyone else to complete this vital and necessary process.

4. To increase the number of health staff in Kosovo; in order to help the overloaded capacities we have today.

5. Put all inspectors in the field, keep order everywhere. The rules set out on paper and without supervision remain only words.

6. You are given financial extensions for the current staff; immediately split the dignified budget and not charity! Health staff needs; they're overwhelmed with over 18 months of commitment.

7. Add beds to our citizens; The Infectious Clinic is above any normal capacity.

8. The government only handles pandemic and emergency. Show leadership and save lives.
